If a traveller cancels a Volaris flight within 24 hours after booking, they can be eligible for a refund under the Volaris Refund Policy. The airline will charge a fee if the traveller decides to cancel after 24 hours; the remaining amount will be credited as a Volaris cancellation refund to the original source of payment. Reservations cancelled fewer than seven days prior to a flight's departure are not subject to the Volaris cancellation policy.
